SQL BitsThis week I've been at SQLBits in Liverpool, UK. This is the second time I've been to Bits in Liverpool, and while there's still a full day left, this has been a great show for us so far in many aspects - our Bootcamp on Wednesday, our traffic at the booth, the many sessions put on by several SQL Sentry employees, and fun after hours festivities as well.

Yesterday I spoke on new T-SQL and DDL features in SQL Server 2016, and today I'll be giving my Bad Habits and Best Practices talk. Here are the links to the session abstracts and downloads for the demos and slide decks:

Also, for those in our Bootcamp training day who were asking for the sample plans and demos I used in the SQL Sentry Plan Explorer session, they came from this demo kit I built in 2014 (which, admittedly, is due for an update):

Again, thanks to everyone who stopped by the booth and came to our sessions. I do enjoy the community you're building on this side of the pond.
