Task Factory Documentation Now Available on SentryOne Docs

We're pleased to announce that SentryOne Task Factory documentation is now available on SentryOne Docs.

The following tips will have you navigating the new Task Factory documentation like a pro.

Article Tabs

Many articles contain information in tabs to reduce the need to scroll and open additional links. In addition, the tabs keep related information together when exporting an article to PDF.

Search

When searching for articles specific to Task Factory, you can use the Refine drop-down menu to select Task Factory.

Note that the search results displayed while you're typing aren't filtered. You must click Search and view the results to filter the articles based on your Refine selections.

Search Tags

Articles with common topics and features are linked by tags. In the following example, there is a connection manager tag.

Clicking connection manager performs a search for that tag, returning all articles tagged with connection manager.

Task Factory Documentation Connection Manager Tag Search by tag (":connection manager") lists all articles containing information on a Task Factory connection manager.

Typing a colon in the search box returns a list of available tags in SentryOne Docs.

Embedded Videos

Many articles contain embedded videos to provide additional tutorials and demos. These articles contain video callouts in the menu.

Videos usually appear at the top of the article. However, additional videos can be found throughout the articles and tabs if they are available.
